ALMANAR executed the façade works, delivering a high-performance aluminium and glazing envelope designed to meet the project’s architectural vision and environmental demands. The scope included advanced curtain wall systems, thermally broken aluminium windows and doors, and feature façade elements engineered for structural integrity, air and water tightness, and long-term durability under Dubai’s climatic conditions.
The glazing specification was carefully selected to optimize solar control, daylight transmission, and acoustic comfort, enhancing energy efficiency while maintaining expansive external views. Precision fabrication and installation ensured alignment, profile accuracy, and seamless integration with architectural finishes.
