Elara at MJL Phase 7 represents the next milestone in our ongoing collaboration with AL SAHEL and MERAAS, following the successful delivery of Phases 1, 3B, and 4. This phase introduces a refined and upgraded façade design, where we proudly executed the aluminium and glazing scope using the advanced ALUMIL S600 Slim System. With a minimal interlock of just 32mm, the system allows for vast glazed openings that enhance natural light and visual connection to the outdoors.

Set within the prestigious Madinat Jumeirah Living community, Elara comprises three mid-rise towers offering premium 1–3 bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom penthouses. The sleek façades, expansive panoramic windows, and precision detailing elevate the residential experience with unobstructed views of the Burj Al Arab and surrounding greenery.
