At Beachfront Gates in Dubai South, within Expo City Dubai, ALMANAR is delivering a high-performance façade package that reflects the project’s modern beachfront identity. Our scope includes the ALUMIL M7 Curtain Wall system, designed for structural efficiency, weather performance, and clean sightlines, maximizing daylight and panoramic views across the residential units.

The entrance solutions feature ALUMIL S67 hinged doors with structural glazing (glass-covered shutters), achieving a sleek, glass-dominant appearance while maintaining durability and thermal performance. Decorative wavy façade louvers add architectural movement and solar shading, enhancing the building’s distinctive elevation.

All glazing is supplied by Emirates Glass in Grey Tinted NN35T, selected for solar control, glare reduction, and façade uniformity. Together, these systems create a refined envelope that combines aesthetics, performance, and long-term value.
