Knowledge of ORGADATA estimation software is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Estimation: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for façade projects, including material costs, labor, and other expenses.
2. Aluminum Systems Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various aluminum systems and their applications.
3. Takeoffs and Quantities: Perform takeoffs and quantify materials required for each project based on architectural drawings and specifications.
4. Vendor Relations: Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
5. Cost Analysis: Analyze cost data and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
6. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all estimates, including assumptions, pricing, and relevant documentation.
